🧊 What packaging options do you offer?
We supply bitumen in a wide variety of packaging based on the grade and destination country:
- New steel drums (180–200 kg)
- Jumbo bags (500 kg to 1 MT)
- Meltable polybags (20–25 kg)
- Kraft paper bags or cartons (for oxidized bitumen)
- Bulk tankers (for domestic or short-haul export)
💲 How can I get the latest bitumen prices?
Contact us on WhatsApp or email info@iranbitumenexport.com. Prices change daily due to oil market fluctuations. We provide updated FOB or CIF prices within 1–2 hours.
📍 Where is your delivery point?
We mainly offer FOB delivery from Bandar Abbas (Iran) and Umm Qasr (Iraq). CIF and CFR shipments to Asia, Africa, and CIS ports are also available upon request.
🧾 Do you provide SGS inspection?
Yes. We can arrange SGS or BV inspection at loading port upon request. Lab test reports are also provided for each shipment.
💳 What are your payment terms?
- Advance T/T (100%)
- 50% advance, 50% against scanned B/L
- LC at sight (for large volume & verified buyers)
⏱️ How long is the delivery time?
Production and loading usually take 5–10 working days from payment confirmation, depending on order size and packaging type.
🌡️ What grades of bitumen do you supply?
- Penetration Grades: 30/40, 40/50, 60/70, 80/100, 85/100
- Viscosity Grades: VG10, VG20, VG30, VG40
- Oxidized Bitumen: 115/15, 90/15, 85/25
- Cutback Bitumen: MC30, MC70, MC250, MC800, MC3000
- Custom blends available upon request
📦 Can I brand the packaging with my company name?
Yes, OEM packaging and private labels are available for drums, jumbo bags, and cartons. Minimum order quantity may apply.
📉 Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for container-load and vessel-load orders. Let us know your volume and destination.
🛂 Do you provide export documentation?
We provide full export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Bill of Lading
- Test Reports
🛢️ What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typical MOQ is 1×20’ FCL (~110–120 drums), but for some products like VG and oxidized bitumen, we accept smaller palletized orders.
⚓ Can you deliver to India, China, Africa, or Europe?
Yes. We regularly ship to ports in India (Mundra, Nhava Sheva), China (Qingdao, Tianjin), UAE (Jebel Ali), Kenya, Sri Lanka, and several EU ports.
❄️ Can you load bitumen in cold weather?
Yes, we have insulated loading systems. For winter shipments, we use heat-resistant and anti-freeze packaging when necessary.
🔬 Are your products tested before shipping?
Yes, every lot is tested at refinery or third-party labs. Copies of QC reports are shared with the buyer before shipping.
🚚 Do you handle inland transport to border or port?
Yes. We offer DAP/EXW prices and arrange inland trucking to port or border terminals in Iran, Iraq, or UAE.
📦 Can we inspect cargo before loading?
Absolutely. Buyers or their agents can inspect cargo at warehouse or terminal. Third-party inspectors (SGS, BV) also welcome.
🤝 Can I become your distributor?
Yes. We’re open to long-term partnerships in different regions. Let us know your market and we’ll explore possible cooperation.
🧭 Do you support CIF and CFR shipments?
Yes. We work with reliable freight forwarders to offer CIF/CFR rates to any major port. Transit time depends on the route and season.
🧮 Do you offer price estimates per metric ton?
Yes. We provide USD/MT or USD/Drum quotations based on INCOTERM and destination. Contact us for a real-time quote.
